To All The Wonderful, Generous Dancing, Drumming

Dance-a-Thoners and Contributors.

You have all honored and touched me with your expression of loving generosity by supporting me, holding me and lifting me up.

Such a beautiful, joyful healing space was created by all those playing music, dancing and sharing the event, and all the energy brought by the others who contributed on my behalf.

I loved the moments as the circle formed with Samra in the center in black with the sword. Magic was happening and it made my heart and cells very happy.

I have enjoyed sharing the sacred place of dance and music with all of you over the years. We don't always know each other's names, but we share the magic of the movement where the goddess, warrior, and often westerners embrace this culture. Beauty, bliss, prayer, transformation, exuberance, freedom, frustration, self-examination all happen for me.

It is one of the great gifts of my life. Thank you for coming forward to embrace me in this challenging life journey.

Thank you for dancing with me as I dance my way back to perfect cellular order.

To Terry for your commitment and unending energy in teaching and for this extraordinary act of kindness and generosity I extend my deepest thanks.

The Benefit Dance-a-thon for Joanne Brauman was more successful than I had hoped or anticipated. Thank you to all the dancer participants who were there that day and to all the donors who showed their support in donations. A special thanks to Mark and Ling Shien of Helm and Brian and Angelina, star students of Mary Ellen, musicians who donated their time and talents for the effort. Your musical magic and collaboration created a day of energy and healing. Thank you Trevor for photographing the event. All proceeds of photo purchase go to support Joanne. I am also grateful to the donations of pizza from Extreme Pizza and Red Boy Pizza. Thank you Schp and Luciano. The pizza was delicious and a treat for all!!

With everyone€™s hard efforts we were able to raise $2500 plus! For Joanne and her family. To the dancers who participated and their donors who did not include an address on the pledge sheet, please pass on our thanks.
